From working lunches in the High Tor meeting area or informal refreshment breaks in The Edge Bar to formal evening dinners in our dining area; there is a dining option to suit your needs at The Edge.

The Edge Dining Room can cater for up to 250 guests and is suitable for hot buffet lunches, self-service evening meals and conference dinners. Please see the downloads on the right hand side of the page for examples of our sample menus.

The Edge Bar is a popular breakout space and refreshment area for those wanting a more relaxed conference or meeting. Perfect to unwind in after a hectic conference or party the night away with your colleagues. Equipped with large screens, pool tables, dance floor and DJ booth, the opportunities are endless. The Edge Bar also makes a perfect place in which to serve lunch and refreshments during conferences.

The Edge Café is open from 8.00am - 10.00pm, Monday - Friday (9.00am - 3.00pm during vacations), and serves up a delicious range of paninis, pizzas and cold sandwiches as well as a range of hot drinks and smoothies. Why not pop in and grab a coffee before your meeting or come down to sample one of our delicious pastries if you've not had time for breakfast.
