eatwithUS Student Card
The eatwithUS card enables you to buy into a range of weekly pre-paid food and drink allowances as well as giving you an extra 10% discount off the normal student price in The Edge Dining Room, Tapton Dining Room and The Ridge Bar. You will also receive exclusive discounts on our monthly theme nights so your money will stretch even further!
The card gives you flexibility to use your weekly allowance in our great choice of eatwithUS cafés and dining rooms so wherever you are in the residences or on campus – you will always be able to grab a sandwich or a coffee using your card.
If you are living in catered university accommodation, you will automatically be given an eatwithUS card giving you a £37 per week allowance to contribute towards your meals. There is also the option to upgrade to £45 per week if you feel this would be better suited to you.
If you are living in self catered accommodation, whether in university accommodation or in private housing, you can still buy into the card for either the £37 or £45 a week package. eatwithUS cards are especially ideal for during exam time – knowing you can pick up a coffee or a panini to aid your studying without having to traipse to the cash point is a very comforting thought!
The card can be purchased one term at a time or for a full academic year (31 weeks of catering, which excludes vacations). Please note prices for weekly allowances are for the 2009/10 academic year and conditions apply.
