Booking Tips
We know ordering lunch isn't the most complicated thing in the world but nevertheless, here are a few helpful tips to get the most out of your booking:
- Book early – there's even a 10% discount incentive for bookings submitted 10 days in advance*
- Remember the little touches – we are happy to organise tablecloths, flowers and those little details to ensure your event runs smoothly
- Please note that we don't pick up bookings directly from SAP or myPurchase, so you need to email or call your booking through to us, then simply send on your purchase order number- our SAP vendor number is 9003
- If your booking is time specific, please order your catering or refreshments before your meeting or event is due to start so that we can ensure your delivery is set up in advance of your guests arriving
- Please ensure there is a table for us to set-up your catering or refreshments on
- Wherever possible please let us know when the room you have booked is available before and after your event so that we can plan when our staff can enter to set-up and clear away
- If you haven't got full details of your event, but know you will have some hospitality requirements, please let us know, we can then plan it in our diary and work with you if you require any assistance or advice
